Use of our services

You agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

Blu-cru SMS program

• Program: Blu-cru Assignment Alerts, operated by Mannicode LLC.
• Messages: New assignment and shift notifications, schedule changes and cancellations, shift reminders, and account verification codes. No marketing messages.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your assignments.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact support@manni.co.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Our services, software, and content are owned by Mannicode LLC and protected by law. These terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond using the services as intended.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Mannicode LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
